A rare delicacy, this pink and orange member of the lobster family lives in the deep burrows of the Norwegian seas, anywhere from 200-800 meters deep. Flash frozen at sea for the highest quality preservation, its white, meaty flesh is sweet and succulent, similar to a lobster but more delicate. It can be prepared for barbequed, baked, or marinated. 1.1lbs of scampi per case.
