Shipping and Delivery

We provide you with the best seafood, from ocean to table, with our premium delivery service. There is a minimum order amount to place an order and we ship to the 48 contiguous states and DC.

Free shipping

Yama Seafood offers free delivery over a certain order value only for routes serviced by our own delivery vehicles. Please Navigate to Info > Service Locations for more information to areas we deliver to.

Orders

Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email with your order summary and order number. Please hold onto this order information for future reference.

Processing & handling times

We pack all delivery and pickup orders on the day of delivery. If your order requires shipping, you will receive it a day after we pack it through our partnership with UPS Next Day service. Orders are packed with appropriate gel ice packs, insulated liners, etc. to ensure the product remains at high quality.

Shipping & tracking

After your order has been fulfilled by our team and sent to UPS, they will provide us with a tracking number for your order. You will receive a final invoice email after this, which will also contain the tracking number for your convenience.

Shipping Arrival Policy

Please be advised that Yama Seafood is not responsible for any shipping delays once the package has left our facility. Delays due to logistical issues with the carrier are beyond our control, and we cannot assume liability for such occurrences. We appreciate your understanding.
