Local, Wild caught Big Eye Tuna Belly perfect for grilling or searing. We recommend marinating in liquid shio koji or your favorite soy-based marinade for a few hours and kissing this cut on the grill or in a pan. Cook to just medium rare and slice.
All of our pieces are super frozen at -70°F to conserve quality. Average piece is around 0.8lb.
Recommended Conservation:
- In a regular freezer for up to 7 days.
- Once thawed, keep in the fridge for 1-2 days; best to eat immediately
- Do not freeze again after thawing.
