Known as white kelp, Shiroita Kombu is an exceptionally refined and scarce form of kelp made by shaving ultra-thin layers from the inner heart of Hokkaido-grown kombu.
Carefully hand-cut by skilled craftsmen, delivering a gentle sweetness and savory balance to seafood, rice, or as a sophisticated edible accent.

Each pack comes with about 10 sheets.
