Recommended Conservation

In a regular freezer for up to 2 months. Once thawed, keep in fridge for up to 1 day. Best to eat immediately after thawing. Do not freeze again after thawing.

Shipping Information

Product contained in vacuum-sealed bag. Ice packs included, dry ice if necessary.

Thawing Instruction

1. Take the product out of the sealed bag and rinse it under cool running water.
2. Pat it dry with a paper towel, then wrap it in a fresh paper towel.
3. Place it in the refrigerator to thaw for approximately 12 to 24 hours.
