Wild Black Cod Collar and Tail

Hand cut frozen wild black cod (kama) collar and tail by our expert butchers. Black cod kama can be enjoyed grilled or as a soup base. Frozen to preserve highest quality, 1 collar and 1 tail per pack. Fatty and tender part of the fish with immense flavor.

In a regular freezer for up to 1 month. Once thawed, keep in fridge for up to 1 day. Best to eat immediately after thawing. Do not freeze again after thawing.

Product contained in vacuum-sealed bag. Ice packs included, dry ice if necessary.
