Muki Hotate (Scallop)

Muki Hotate aka Hokkaido Scallop. Each pack weighs roughly 1.1LB and will contain between 10-15 whole scallops. Our Muki Hotate are top grade hand dived and processed. They are plump and extremely sweet and tender. Best served raw as nigiri or crudo, though they can also be grilled or seared.

Suggested preparation:

• Slice into 4 rounds
• Season with flaky salt, squeeze of lemon juice and good olive oil
• Add chili flake if looking for a bit of spice.
