Fresh Tuna For Sashimi

Fresh Wild Tuna, sashimi grade. Species may vary between Bigeye and Yellowfin. Our expert butchers will hand cut it the day of delivery. We will remove the skin and bloodline, so you will only receive the tuna meat.

The tuna will be cut into a block shape for convenience in slicing for sashimi. Average piece is 1lb.

Ready to Eat Raw.

In a fridge for 1-2 days. Best to eat immediately. If freezing is necessary, keep in freezer for up to 3 days. Do not freeze again after thawing.

Wrapped in green paper to absorb excess moisture. Bubble wrapped and contained in plastic bag. Ice packs included as needed.

1. Prepare water with 30g of salt for every 4.2 cups of water and add ice.
2. Place the vacuum-sealed fish in ice water for approximately 2-3 hours, until it has finished thawing.
