Crispy Rice with Negitoro and House-blend Spicy Mayo Kit

What's in the Kit

• 12 pieces Crispy Rice, 15g each
• 0.25 lb Tuna Negitoro
• 1 bottle House-Blend Spicy Mayo, 1 oz (28g)

How to Assemble

1. Thaw the tuna and crispy rice - thaw both in a bowl of water until ready to prepare.
2. Air fry the crispy rice - air fry at 400°F for 3 minutes. No air fryer? Bake at 425°F for 10 to 12 minutes on a preheated sheet pan, turning once. Cook until golden and hot throughout.
3. Prepare the tuna - place the thawed tuna negitoro in a bowl.
4. Mix with mayo - add the house-blend spicy mayo to the tuna and mix to your preferred consistency.
5. Top the crispy rice - spoon the tuna and mayo mixture over each piece of crispy rice.
6. Serve and enjoy - serve immediately while the rice is warm and crisp.

Tuna and rice - In a regular freezer for up to 2 days. Once thawed, keep in the fridge for up to 1 day. Best to eat immediately after thawing. Do not freeze again after thawing.
