Product description

Fresh Wild Tuna, sashimi grade. Species may vary between Bigeye and Yellowfin. Our expert butchers will hand cut it the day of delivery. We will remove the skin and bloodline, so you will only receive the tuna meat.


The tuna will be cut into a block shape for convenience in slicing for sashimi. Average piece is 1lb.


Recommended Conservation: 

  • In a fridge for 1-2 days. Best to eat immediately
  • If freezing is necessary, keep in freezer for up to 3 days
  • Do not freeze again after thawing.
