Japanese Bluefin Tuna Sunazuri (Belly Cut) that are the same high quality as our other Bluefin items, but may have imperfections such as uneven shape, sinew, etc..
Not all pieces will be the same, but all of them are the same high-quality tuna we sell normally, just in a piece that may not be so simple to just slice and eat. Experienced cooks and chefs who know how to extract value from these pieces can save huge value while getting top quality tuna.
Each piece varies between 0.4-0.6lb
Recommended Conservation:
- In a regular freezer for up to 3 days.
- Once thawed, keep in fridge for up to 1 day, Best to consume immediately after thawing
- Do not freeze again after thawing.

1. Prepare water with 30g of salt for every 4.2 cups of water and add ice.
2. Place the vacuum-sealed fish in ice water for approximately 2-3 hours, until it has finished thawing.
