Enjoy the Japanese delicacy Kama Toro (most fatty tuna) that has been hand processed by our expert butchers and trimmers. Only 2 pieces of kama toro are available per tuna! It's a very rare piece and you will rarely see it at sushi restaurants. Perfect fish for sashimi & sushi.

Each piece is roughly 0.2-0.4 LB per order (may vary slightly in size).

All of our pieces are superfrozen at -70°F to preserve peak quality

Recommended Conservation: 

• In a regular freezer for up to 3 days.
• Once thawed, keep in fridge for up to 1 day, Best to eat immediately after thawing
• Do not freeze again after thawing.
