Our Diced Tuna is prepared using the highest quality Tuna available. Where restaurants reserve the scraps for spicy tuna, we harvest top quality loins and process by hand. Defrost in the fridge over night and you are seconds away from a classic Tuna Tartar, Spicy Tuna, or experiment with your favorite seasonings. You can't go wrong with this quality.

All of our pieces are super-frozen at -70°F to preserve quality.

In a regular freezer for up to 3 days. Once thawed, keep in fridge for up to 1 day. Best to eat immediately after thawing. Do not freeze again after thawing.
