Each set includes a premium-grade tuna block that yields approximately 20 generous sashimi slices and 20 individual portions of restaurant-style sushi rice. The tuna comes whole, allowing you to slice it just before serving to preserve its rich flavor and buttery texture. We flash-freeze our rice at peak freshness, ensuring perfect consistency and convenience. Ideal for creating restaurant-quality sushi and sashimi at home.

In a regular freezer for up to 2 days. Once thawed, keep in fridge for up to 1 day. Best to eat immediately after thawing. Do not freeze again after thawing.

Instructions for Heating Rice:
1. Prepare the Rice
Remove the rice from the bag and place it in a safe microwaveable dish.
2. Add Moisture
Lightly sprinkle 5–10g (about 1–2 teaspoons) of water over the rice to prevent it from drying out. Place a slightly damp paper towel on top to avoid overheating.
3. Microwave Gently
Heat the rice at a power setting of 600–800W. Start by microwaving for 1 minute, then let it rest for 30 seconds. Repeat this process as needed until the rice is warm.
4. Let it Rest
Keep the rice covered and let it rest for 2–3 minutes. This allows the moisture to redistribute evenly.
