Spicy Tuna Negitoro Kit

New Spicy Negitoro Set! 

Made with Japan's scrapped fatty tuna (negitoro), this set delivers a melt-in-your-mouth texture with just the right amount of heat.

What it comes with:

• 20-piece premade sushi rice
• 3 packs of Japan Bluefin Negitoro
• 1 bottle of Spicy Mayo
• Kinjirushi Nama Oroshi Wasabi (5 packets) 
  
• 5 small packs of Tamari Soy Sauce 

Tuna and rice - In a regular freezer for up to 2 days. Once thawed, keep in the fridge for up to 1 day. Best to eat immediately after thawing. Do not freeze again after thawing.

Shipped in insulated bag to preserve optimal temperature.
Ice packs included, dry ice if necessary.
Product contained in vacuum-sealed bag.

Instructions for Heating Rice:
1. Prepare the Rice
Remove the rice from the bag and place it in a safe microwaveable dish.

2. Add Moisture
Lightly sprinkle 5–10g (about 1–2 teaspoons) of water over the rice to prevent it from drying out. Place a slightly damp paper towel on top to avoid overheating.

3. Microwave Gently
Heat the rice at a power setting of 600–800W. Start by microwaving for 1 minute, then let it rest for 30 seconds. Repeat this process as needed until the rice is warm.

4. Let it Rest
Keep the rice covered and let it rest for 2–3 minutes. This allows the moisture to redistribute evenly.
