Santa Barbara uni is highly sought after around the world. Many consider it even better than Hokkaido uni. In fact, Japan imports a large amount of uni from Santa Barbara every year.

Due to extremely high demand and limited supply, it has become increasingly difficult to source. Known for its intense sweetness, vibrant yellow to orange color, and large creamy tongues, this AA grade uni is a rare catch.
