Our salmon products have been carefully inspected to ensure they are free of bones. However, due to the complexity of removing all bones without compromising the quality and integrity of the product, it is possible that some bones may remain. Please inspect the product before consumption

In a regular freezer for up to 2 months. Once thawed, keep in fridge for up to 1 day. Best to eat immediately after thawing. Do not freeze again after thawing.

Ice packs included, dry ice if necessary.

1. Take the product out of the sealed bag and rinse it under cool running water.
2. Pat it dry with a paper towel, then wrap it in a fresh paper towel.
3. Place it in the refrigerator to thaw for approximately 12 to 24 hours.
