Tuna Tacos
Fresh, colorful, and full of flavor. These tuna tacos make an easy weeknight meal or a quick party favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Yama Diced Tuna
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional for heat)
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 tbsp chopped scallions
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 6 small corn tortillas

 

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Add the diced tuna and toss gently to coat. Let it marinate for 5 minutes.
  2. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or over open flame until slightly charred.
  3. Assemble tacos with cabbage, marinated tuna, avocado, and scallions.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime.
