Tuna Tacos
Fresh, colorful, and full of flavor. These tuna tacos make an easy weeknight meal or a quick party favorite.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Yama Diced Tuna
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sriracha (optional for heat)
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 tbsp chopped scallions
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 6 small corn tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Add the diced tuna and toss gently to coat. Let it marinate for 5 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or over open flame until slightly charred.
- Assemble tacos with cabbage, marinated tuna, avocado, and scallions.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime.
