Mentaiko Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti or other long, thin pasta
- 100g mentaiko
- 10 g butter
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise:
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 5 pieces shiso leaves:
- ¼ lemon
- (Optional) splash of cream
Instructions:
- Boil a large pot of salted water, add spaghetti and cook to al dente, according to package instructions.
- While the pasta is cooking, remove the thin skin from the mentaiko.
- Mix softened butter, mayonnaise, soy sauce and mentaiko. Taste the mixture and adjust the amount of soy sauce according to taste and how salty the mentaiko is. Add a splash of cream if desired.
- Mix everything together with spaghetti while still hot.
- Place in a bowl, top with shredded shiso leaves, and garnish with lemon.
