Garlic & Avocado Grilled Tuna
Crafted for culinary perfection, this diced tuna and avocado medley intertwines the richness of grilled tuna with the creamy texture of ripe avocado, accented by a tantalizing blend of soy sauce, vinegar, and buttery garlic for an exquisite dining experience that tantalizes the senses.


  • Pack of diced tuna
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 clove of garlic, thinly sliced
  • 10g Salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste



  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper all over the chopped tuna.
  2. Cut the avocado to roughly the same size as the tuna.
  3. Add butter and garlic to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. When the garlic just begins to smells good, add the vinegar and soy sauce to the pan and mix.
  4. Add the tuna, turn the heat up to high to medium-high, and grill just until the outside is browned. Be careful not to overcook.
  5. Mix the avocado with the tuna and enjoy.
