Garlic & Avocado Grilled Tuna
Crafted for culinary perfection, this diced tuna and avocado medley intertwines the richness of grilled tuna with the creamy texture of ripe avocado, accented by a tantalizing blend of soy sauce, vinegar, and buttery garlic for an exquisite dining experience that tantalizes the senses.
Ingredients:
- Pack of diced tuna
- 1 avocado
- 1 clove of garlic, thinly sliced
- 10g Salted butter
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Sprinkle salt and pepper all over the chopped tuna.
- Cut the avocado to roughly the same size as the tuna.
- Add butter and garlic to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. When the garlic just begins to smells good, add the vinegar and soy sauce to the pan and mix.
- Add the tuna, turn the heat up to high to medium-high, and grill just until the outside is browned. Be careful not to overcook.
- Mix the avocado with the tuna and enjoy.
