Crab Rangoons with Sweet Chili Sauce
Crispy wontons filled with creamy crab and scallion filling, served with a sweet chili dipping sauce—your takeout favorite made better at home.  

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cooked crab meat
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Wonton wrappers (about 20)
  • Water (for sealing)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, crab, green onions, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
  2. Place 1 tsp of filling in each wrapper. Moisten edges with water, fold into triangles or gather into little purses, and press to seal.
  3. Heat oil in a pot (350°F). Fry in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden.
  4. Drain on paper towels and serve with sweet chili sauce.
