Crab Rangoons with Sweet Chili Sauce

Crispy wontons filled with creamy crab and scallion filling, served with a sweet chili dipping sauce—your takeout favorite made better at home.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cooked crab meat
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Wonton wrappers (about 20)
- Water (for sealing)
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, crab, green onions, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
- Place 1 tsp of filling in each wrapper. Moisten edges with water, fold into triangles or gather into little purses, and press to seal.
- Heat oil in a pot (350°F). Fry in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with sweet chili sauce.
