Crab Linguine with Garlic Butter and Lemon
Delicate crab meat tossed with al dente linguine in a garlicky butter sauce, brightened with lemon and fresh herbs—deceptively simple, wildly satisfying.

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz linguine
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 lb crab meat
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook linguine in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a large pan, melt butter. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1–2 mins. Add wine (if using) and simmer briefly.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, zest, and crab meat. Add pasta, reserved water if needed, and toss gently.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley before serving.
