Crab Linguine with Garlic Butter and Lemon

Delicate crab meat tossed with al dente linguine in a garlicky butter sauce, brightened with lemon and fresh herbs—deceptively simple, wildly satisfying.
Ingredients:
- 12 oz linguine
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 lb crab meat
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook linguine in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
- In a large pan, melt butter. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1–2 mins. Add wine (if using) and simmer briefly.
- Stir in lemon juice, zest, and crab meat. Add pasta, reserved water if needed, and toss gently.
- Season with salt, pepper, and parsley before serving.
