Crab Fried Rice
This quick and flavorful crab fried rice brings together fragrant jasmine rice, fluffy egg, and sweet crab in a dish that’s perfect for using up leftovers but fancy enough for guests.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cold cooked jasmine rice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 3 scallions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp neutral oil (like canola)
  • Optional: lime wedges and chili oil for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a wok or large pan. Scramble the eggs and push to one side.
  2. Add garlic, scallions, and crab, stir for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Add rice and break it up in the pan. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  4. Mix everything together, cook until hot, and serve with lime and chili oil if desired.
