Crab Cakes

Golden on the outside, tender on the inside—these crab cakes are made with sweet lump crab meat, herbs. A simple classic with just a touch of refinement.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil or butter for frying
Instructions:
- In a bowl, gently mix crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayo, egg, mustard, Worcestershire, Old Bay, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Shape into 6–8 cakes and chill for 15 minutes to help them hold together.
- Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Fry cakes 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
