Bluefin Tuna Negitoro Don
Negitoro Donburi is a delightful Japanese rice bowl dish featuring minced tuna belly mixed with fresh green onions, all served over a bed of steaming white rice. This simple yet flavorful recipe brings the taste of authentic Japanese cuisine straight to your kitchen, perfect for any meal of the day!
Ingredients:
- .25 lbs of Bluefin Tuna Negitoro
- 2-3 green onions (scallions), finely chopped or onions
- 1 cup of cooked Japanese sushi rice
- Tamari Soy Sauce (or soy sauce of your choice)
- Hon Wasabi Paste
- Yoki Su Sushi Midori
- 1 Tamaki Farm Egg
Instructions:
Prepare the Tuna:
(As long as you get good quality Seafood from Yama, it’ll taste good!)
- In a bowl, mix the Negitoro with finely chopped green onions.
- In a separate bowl, mix Tamari soy sauce and a drop of wasabi paste to enhance umami flavor
Prepare the Rice:
- Cook the sushi rice according to your preferred method.
- Top the rice with your Negitoro and green onion mixture.
- Drizzle your Tamari wasabi sauce.
- And finally, add one raw tamaki farm egg yolk.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
