Ishidai (Striped Beakfish) is best enjoyed during the Summer through the Fall. It is more of a rare item to find in the sushi menu, but has a very refreshing, sweet taste despite it having a relatively high fat content. Average piece weighs roughly 2.50LB, but sizes will vary.
