Caught in northern New Zealand in the Golden Bay, in water depths of 30-300 feet. Quality is at its peak, as it is caught by long line and brought back to shore the same day. Can be used for all types of cooking including grilling, sushi/sashimi, soup, etc.
Wild caught from New Zealand, vacuum packed, sashimi grade and average piece weighs 0.55lb. New Zealand Madai Fillet is all usable meat as other parts have been removed.
Head and bone are not included.
