Bluefin Tuna End Piece

Tuna Pieces that are the same high quality as our other Bluefin items, but may have imperfections such as uneven shape, sinew, etc..

Not all pieces will be the same, but all of them are the same high-quality tuna we sell normally, just in a piece that may not be so simple to just slice and eat. Experienced cooks and chefs who know how to extract value from these pieces can save huge value while getting top quality tuna. 

Each piece varies between 0.3lb and 1lb. Each order may contain more than one piece.

Recommended Conservation: 

• In a regular freezer for up to 3 days.
• Once thawed, keep in fridge for up to 1 day, Best to eat immediately after thawing
• Do not freeze again after thawing.
