Fresh Wild Tuna Steak Cut. Species may vary bewtween Bigeye and Yelllowfin. Our expert butchers will hand cut it the day of delivery. We will remove the skin and bloodline, so you will only receive the tuna meat.

Recommended Conservation: 

  • In a fridge for 1-2 days. Best to eat immediately
  • If freezing is necessary, keep in freezer for up to 5 days
  • Do not freeze again after thawing.
