Chopped Tuna that we offer can be either chopped up big eye or yellowfin tuna. This is the highest quality of spicy tuna you will eat anywhere as restaurants use much lower quality. Please refer to Jane's Spicy Tuna recipe page if you need a recipe!

Each pack is approximately 0.5 LB

All of our pieces are super-frozen at -70°F to conserve quality.

Garlic & Avocado Tuna Steak

Add avocado to diced rare tuna steak lightly fried in butter soy sauce. It goes well with white wine!


1 Pack of Chopped Tuna 

1 Avocado

1 Clove of Garlic, thinly sliced 

10g Salted butter 

1 tablespoon of vinegar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

A little salt and pepper


  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper all over the chopped tuna.
  2. Cut the avocado according to the size of the tuna.
  3. Add butter and garlic to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. When the garlic smells good, add the vinegar and soy sauce and mix.
  4. Add the tuna, turn the heat up to high, and grill until the outside is browned. Be careful not to overcook!!
  5. Mix the avocado in with the tuna
  6. Enjoy!!
