Bluefin Tuna Nakaochi scrape comes from the bones of bluefin tuna where you scrape the meat off the bones with a spoon. It's a very rare piece as you can only gather a very small amount from an entire bluefin tuna as each piece only has one back bone. At some high end restaurants (that you may be familiar with), they serve the nakaochi with some caviar among other toppings and charge over $100 for the dish. Bone is NOT included.
