Sakuramasu (Cherry Salmon) is found in Aomori Prefecture in Japan during cherry blossom season (spring). Also its name comes from the fact that once it matures, the body color turns pink. It is fatty and has incredible flavor loved by many. We must sell as whole, but we can fillet, skin, pinbone, etc, upon request. Before you eat as sashimi, you MUST freeze it first!
