Wagyu-Sliced Sirloin with a Japanese Onion Dipping Sauce
Indulge in Wagyu-Sliced Sirloin paired with a Japanese Onion Dipping Sauce. Experience the melt-in-your-mouth tenderness of premium Wagyu beef, complemented by a savory, tangy sauce, creating an irresistible culinary harmony.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 onion                
  • 1 pack striploin slices          
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • Seasoning:
    • 2 tablespoons sake                    
    • 2 tablespoons mirin                
    • 1 tablespoon sugar                 
    • 2 tablespoons vinegar 
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce         

 

Instructions: 

  1. Bring beef to room temperature. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
  2. Grate the onion.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan, add beef and fry over high heat until browned.
  4. Remove excess fat from the frying pan where the beef was sauteed. Add the onion and remainder of ingredients, bring to a boil and reduce to roughly half the amount.
  5. Place the beef on a plate and pour the sauce over.
